ITP VoIP Sets Eyes on Real Estate Agents for VoIP Services

VoIP provider ITP VoIP has its eyes on a new market in 2012 – real estate agents – as it claims that its plans and services are ideal for this group which spends most of its time away from the office.

Officials with ITP VoIP said that ITP VoIP’s numerous IP telephony plans all come with a wide variety of features, like call forwarding, call waiting, caller ID, voicemail, speed dial, music on hold, forwarding when busy, as well as online account management.


Newer features, company officials pointed out, include call recording and voicemail forwarding to email and text.

According to company officials, realtors can also benefit from ITP VoIP’s new VoIP App plan, available for just $9.99 a month.

The plan allows users to use the ITP VoIP app, which allows VoIP call forwarding from a home/office phone to a smartphone, and the option to display an ITP phone number on caller ID instead of the smartphone number.

These options make work simple for real estate agents who spend most of their time out in the field rather than in the office. The IP telephony app also allows for instant access to voicemails left at night and over the weekend.

According to company officials, the ITP VoIP App plan includes 500 free minutes, a free number based anywhere in the U.S., an additional voicemail box, and access to ITP VoIP’s low international rates, which are the same for both mobile and internet phone calls.

ITP VoIP’s $9.99/month softphone offer allows users to receive and make Internet phone calls directly to and from their computers. The plan includes 250 free minutes each month, as well as an additional number with an area code of the user’s choice.

In September of 2011, TMCnet reported that ITP VoIP now offers a number of free features to its customers, including call recording support. Call center managers and employees can benefit from this new technology by recording and playing back phone calls to resolve customer issues, improve customer service, and reduce costs in general.
