Back in October, TMCnet recapped its favorite voice broadcast apps for the iPhone (News - Alert), but today, a new app with a built-in mass notification system has taken the spotlight – and it’s available to both iPhone and Android (News - Alert) consumers.
A company offering a voice broadcast service that allows members to record their own custom voice message and blast it to a group of recipients, DialMyCalls has made this same functionality available on iPhone and Android smartphones.
Once a message is recorded using the DialMyCalls app, users can then create a list of phone numbers to call and schedule a time and date to send the call out. Whether it’s two or 200,000 users, each number is instantly dialed and comes with a corresponding downloadable call report that details what happened during the call.
The DialMyCalls mobile app operates with free, credit-based and monthly service users, and every account has access to recording, blast and report capabilities. iPhone users can restock their credits from within the app, and Android customers can purchase credits via the phone’s mobile browser. Additionally, one DialMyCall account can access both the app and the online version, so contacts, recordings and other crucial information are readily available on both.
The DialMyCalls app is already garnering stellar reviews, as seen by one user’s post on the Android Marketplace: “Very creative and something practical. This caters all those who have to reach many people but due to time limitation somehow can't do so. This also helps in tracking and creating groups :) that way you can't miss anyone! I like it. Something to improve: Use it on phones that are blank i-e: no one in contact list and you will see blank screen. All in all perfect. Keep up the good work!”
DialMyCalls mobile version release comes at a perfect time when many consumers are reaching out to friends, family, colleagues and loved ones for the holidays. Whether it’s to remind everyone of your upcoming cookie exchange or to coordinate a Secret Santa gathering, voice broadcast applications and systems may be the most convenient method of getting in touch this month.
