Mobile messaging is continuing to grow at a rapid pace, allowing for easy ways to communicate with all of your customers in just a few minutes. CallFire announced yesterday, it will be holding a webinar that will be hosted by Jacob Weiss, CallFire.
Weiss has worked in conjunction with thousands of CallFire customers, to help them fully grasp how CallFire's Mobile Messaging solutions can bring huge benefits to small businesses. On April 20, TMCNet's exclusive CallFire webinar has been designed to teach you the basics.
CallFire provides a reliable, enterprise-grade VoIP platform that provides capabilities for voice broadcasts, call centers, call tracking, and text messaging campaigns. With a staff of only 15 employees, CallFire currently services over 30,000 customers including political groups, non-profits, insurance agents, small business owners, and marketers.
The webinar will be separated into three parts. Part one will consist of SMS text messaging. Weiss hopes to show companies how you can send a text message to 1 or 100,000 phone numbers, all at once. This portion of the webinar will teach participants how to upload an Excel list of contacts, compose a custom text message, and then send that message for as little as 3 cents per text.
The second section within this webinar will be solely dedicated to voice broadcast messaging. Attendees will learn how to send a voice recording to thousands of people at one time. The information provided here will enable participants to record a voice message using any telephone, and immediately broadcast this recording.
Within this webinar, a section all about video notification will also be presented. This information will help participants truly understand how compose a custom text message with an embedded YouTube URL, thus generating views by any customer instantly—with an Android (News - Alert) or iPhone device.
