Solgari Serves Up Compliant SMS Service

Solgari this week announced the addition of a compliant SMS service to its compliment of cloud communications solutions. Automatically addressing GDPR and MiFiD II, the new service is available to current and incoming Solgari customers.

Rob Hennelly, Product Manager at Solgari noted, “Our R&D roadmap focuses heavily on commercial demand and our customers using SMS with 3rd party vendors have consistently asked us for a solution that would be compliant, feature rich and available as part of the overall Solgari integrated offering. The release of our SMS module and the immediate client uptake is further evidence of the significant market movement towards digital and the desire to offer all potential communication channels to customers.”

The newly unveiled SMS offering features standard or bulk SMS options, integration with core IT assets, GDPR and MiFiD compliance, robust reporting, and joins the Solgari omnichannel offering suite.

Vance Harris, CTO at Solgari explained, “The release of our compliant SMS service module is the start of a sequence of significant product releases we will be announcing over the next two quarters.
