To spot shadow a couple key areas: the Atlassian HipChat team collaboration will be integrated with the 8x8 Virtual Office UCaaS to ensure a seamless and contextual experience. An area garnering increased attention is voice of the customer (VoC), and the 8x8, Atlassian pairing is working to hone in on VoC and enhance customer service by integrating 8x8 ContactNow with JIRA Service Desk. In integrating with the JIRA Service Desk, customer service against gain access to a slew of new functionality aimed at improving the customer experience.
