Fonality (News - Alert), a provider of business phone systems and integrated communications solutions, was recently named the winner of TMC’s 2013 Unified Communications Excellence Award presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine. The company also announced that it plans to provide eAgent integration and paper fax machine support for the solution.

Fonality’s solutions for insurance professionals enable the companies to view the real-time status of all their agents whether they’re in the office or on the road. The solution features Heads Up Display that connects the phone, desktop, and other important business applications into one single easy-to-use dashboard. Agents can make calls, schedule meetings, check voicemail, send faxes, chat with colleagues, and more, all from a single computer screen.
