Phone (News - Alert).com continues to gain industry honors. The New Jersey-based company has once again been included on Inc. Magazine's yearly U.S. list of the 500/5000 fastest-growing private companies.

Phone.com (News - Alert) was 1,296 on the full list of 5,000 companies. Also, it was number 30 on the telecom list and number 39 on the list of New Jersey companies. This is in no small part due to the fact that Phone.com saw 314 percent in growth over the last three years. With this growth, Phone.com was able to add 23 jobs in just three years.

"Being named to Inc.'s Fastest Growing list for the second year in a row is proof that our company's dedication to customer service and quality products and services is paying off," Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban (News - Alert) said in a company statement. "Given this momentum, we look forward to continued growth and more innovation to come."

Phone.com is a cloud-based phone company. It targets small businesses and entrepreneurs, serving more than 25,000 customers.

This week, Phone.com will take part it in ITEXPO (News - Alert) Las Vegas. Phone.com’s director of customer service, Jeremy Watkin, will take part in two ITEXPO panels, “Successfully Implementing a Social Media Strategy for Better Customer Engagement” and “What Every Executive Needs To Know about Social Media.”

Watkin has over 12 years of customer service experience, and he is a co-founder of the Communicate Better Blog, which focuses on good and bad customer service. His blog has been recognized by industry watchers, and The Huffington Post has highlighted him as one of the 100 most social customer professionals on Twitter (News - Alert).

Also, to get an idea of the company’s recent growth, Phone.com recently partnered with Bluefin. As a result, the Bluefin payment gateway is now available to Phone.com's customers, while Cloud-based telephone services from Phone.com are available to Bluefin's customers.

In a statement carried earlier this year on TMCnet, Rabban said, "Phone.com recognizes that small businesses need comprehensive solutions to allow them to compete in today's challenging global markets, and most companies need the ability to accept electronic payments."

Started in 2007, Phone.com has seen many awards and honors. Recently, it was selected as a Best Practice Award finalist by the New York Enterprise Report (NYER) in the Customer Service category.

“Phone.com is all about small business communications needs, giving business owners the ability to be several places at the same time and providing exceptional customer service.  We are very pleased that our commitment came through in the recognition by the New York Enterprise Report,” Rabban said.
