By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor
Intelligent Office (News - Alert) has brought the next generation of virtual offices to Miami.
The companies in the city now have a practical way to decrease overhead while portraying a "big company" image to both its clients and the customers.
Typically, virtual offices provide its clients with office space and a receptionist, but Intelligent Office is expanding this concept further by offering Intelligent Assistants with the package.
The Intelligent Assistants are highly trained and work as a specialized business support team to provide concierge-style business services to those who need it. Businesses can train these Intelligent Assistants and they gradually learn the client's personalized phone script as well as have insight into the client's business.
Other things accomplished by Intelligent Assistants include tracking the client's whereabouts and providing business concierge duties, such as handling reservations.
Intelligent Office says that the roles and responsibilities of Intelligent Assistants can be completely customized to address the requirements of business and can be contracted separately, or in addition to, office suite rentals.
"Intelligent Office helps clients grow their businesses by combining professional staffing with the physical and technological infrastructure of a virtual office," said Allan Sirotkin, managing director of Intelligent Office Miami. "With more than 160,000 businesses here employing fewer than 49 employees, there are many businesses in many industries that can benefit from the enhanced services Intelligent Office provides."
"The Intelligent Office model is not based solely on office rentals. It's a technology-based model where the support services and personnel assistance bring value to a business."
