For the third consecutive year, veteran virtual call center provider Contactual will be returning to Dreamforce to show off its line of virtual call center software products and support the show as a sponsor. Run by cloud CRM leader Salesforce.com (News - Alert), Dreamforce showcases hosted technology from leaders in the industry, and offers attendees a number of resources to promote use of the cloud in their business model.
Contacutal’s Senior Director of Marketing Kim Odom says, “We are thrilled to be back as a Bronze sponsor for Dreamforce 2011 – the cloud computing event of the year where more than 20,000 will converge and learn how to move their organization forward via the next generation of cloud computing. Attendees to this event will gain the insight, inspiration and training they need to run their business faster and smarter in the cloud.”
The 2011 show is the ninth annual Dreamforce event, and it will take place at San Francisco’s Moscone Center. The show boasts more than 400 sessions in 10 unique tracks and keynotes will explore trends in cloud computing and social media space. The event will also provide attendees an impressive array of networking opportunities.
Contactual has made a name for itself providing hosted call center options for SMB’s. Its line of software provides visual control and ease of use that aide in the management of any communications operation. Augmentation for existing infrastructure is a large portion of the Contactual customer base. “People who have some old PBX (News - Alert) and want more functionality are supported with a low cost monthly, and an ability to expand their hosted option to get value out of the infrastructure they’ve already got investment in,” said VP of Sales and Marketing Wendell Black in a recent article.
The company’s familiarity with the space makes them the perfect sponsor for the event.
Contactual will be demoing a selection of its products at booth No. 1526. Attendees can stop by to learn more.
