Ritter Communications Implements Intelestream CRM Solution

Intelestream, a provider of customer relationship management (CRM) consulting and CRM Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)), announced the implementation of a ROI driven online CRM solution for Ritter Communications, a provider of business and residential communications services.
Ritter Communications evaluated several solution providers. Ritter chose Intelestream (News - Alert) because its consultants immediately understood Ritter’s requirements and offered cost effective and tangible recommendations.
“As a communications company, Ritter takes Customer Relationship Management pretty seriously,” said Ray Stoeckicht, VP of Sales and Professional Services for Intelestream, in a statement. “They knew that they needed to enhance their processes and upgrade their technology, but weren’t quite sure how.”
Ritter had multiple disconnected databases and this resulted into difficulty in managing prospects and customers efficiently. The company was keen to consolidate all customer related databases into a Customer Relationship Management solution to handle sales, marketing and support activities.
“Typically we have higher standards than most when it comes to interacting with and servicing our customers. We needed a partner in managing our relationships with potential customers,” said Matthew Dalton, data analyst for Ritter Communications.
To meet Ritter’s requirements, Intelestream recommended intelecrm Enterprise Edition. Intelestream migrated the company’s previous systems including spreadsheets and proprietary telecom applications into a single instance of Enterprise Edition. Recurring revenue functionality in the opportunities module which addressed Ritter’s subscription revenue selling model were the customizations.
Intelestream implemented the Riva Integration Server for Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange, which saves hours by offering integration between the company’s server-based email system and the CRM solution. By offering training, Intelestream assisted Ritter in achieving their goal of reaching 100 percent user adoption.
Recently, Intelestream announced it implemented a CRM solution for Jaffe PR. Jaffe PR is able to implement Customer Relationship Management, execute high volume e-mail campaigns, and track tasks through an intuitive and user-friendly platform by migrating multiple databases to a single instance of intelecrm Enterprise Edition.
