Iwatsu Highlights Unified Communications Solution at IT EXPO

Iwatsu Voice Networks, a company that specializes in unified communications systems, will be highlighting Version 7 of its Telephony Office Linx (TOL) solution at Internet Telephony Conference and EXPO West, in San Diego October 10-13, 2006.

 

Don Gant, VP of Channel Marketing and Business Development at Iwatsu, told TMCnet that Version 7 places a heavy emphasis on what’s known in the industry as “presence.”

 

Presence, he explained, refers to the ability of customers to locate their rep regardless of location or communications device being used.

 

“It puts the customer in contact with someone at the company no matter where they are,” Gant explained.
