NACR Announces New Communications Management Services

Communications services provider NACR has announced its new Ovation Communications Management offering as part of its NACR Ovation Managed Services portfolio. NACR strives to provide managed support for reducing telecom costs, maximizing network usage and optimizing the use of mobile technologies.
The new offering is comprised of an entire suite of managed support services that are designed to support the maintenance of technology environments. It is being delivered through a partnership with Calero Software, which specializes in lifecycle management software for enterprise communications as well as automation and associated services.
The Ovation Communications Management suite features mobility management, which offers a single platform to manage access, security and lifecycle for all mobile devices in a customer’s network. Expense management functionality is designed to maximize ROI for both fixed and mobile communication services through a combination of telecom expense management software.
The new suite also offers usage management, which provides actionable data on usage and costs to improve network performance. This data also aids customers in making the appropriate business decisions to improve financial accountability as well as operational efficiency.
NACR is part of ConvergeOne, a larger service provider offering multi-vendor support for communications, collaboration and customer interaction solutions. The company recently acquired system integrator Spanlink (News - Alert) Communications to broaden its portfolio of end-to-end offerings. ConvergeOne also provides UC services, VoIP, mobility, converged network and server/storage consolidation.
