With the ever growing and ever expanding world of the telecom company, it makes sense that smaller subsets of the larger market are also seeing increased success. This appears to be the impetus behind the announcement that StoneCalibre has just purchased a Telecom Infrastructure Management company known as NetPlus. Based in Maryland, NetPlus is a firm that offers up a wide variety of communication software solutions. The company uses a Web-based software framework that offers up support for both residential and commercial customers.
NetPlus is no rookie when it comes to this particular market. In fact the firm has been operating for nearly 30 years. Over the last three decades the company has only increased its expertise in this field. The high quality offerings are what made the firm so attractive to StoneCalibre in the first place.
"NetPlus represents an excellent platform for growth in the expanding communications management software industry supported by its proven product offering and its blue-chip customer base," said Brian Wall, founder and CEO of StoneCalibre, in a recent release about the purchase. "We are excited to add NetPlus to the StoneCalibre portfolio and we will seek acquisition opportunities to augment its organic growth."
Because Telecom Expense Management solutions are not well known by the general public, firms that can specialize in these solutions are few and far between and much sought after. By making this particular purchase, StoneCalibre has made itself a player in the market for years to come. StoneCalibre will be able to offer up the solutions that NetPlus has perfected to a number of companies all over the world. The Century City, California firm will automatically have a global standing. The company is growing its own profile through investment instead of technological upgrades but StoneCalibre is growing its profile all the same.
