MTS Releases Version 2.0 of its Award -Winning Telecom Expense Management Suite Platform

Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd., a worldwide provider of enterprise Telecom Expense Management and Customer Care and Billing solutions for telecom providers, has introduced the latest version of its award-winning TEM Suite platform.
TEM Suite version 1.0, building upon the company's AnchorPoint (News - Alert) and Application Suite TEM platform, recently won a 2010 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award in February of 2011.
With its expanded capabilities and ease of use, the newly announced version 2.0 will further add to that platform's success.

Customers, through TEM Suite are provided with the operational controls and 360 degree visibility into their global communications environment, within the intuitive TEM Suite application.
To support customers’ telecom expense management activities across the entire wireline and wireless TEM lifecycle, TEM Suite also offers enterprises a single platform.
The flexibility to outsource as little or as many of their telecom expense management processes as they want is also offered to customers by TEM Suite, in a managed services or BPO deployment.
Enterprises, with the help of the platform's modular design are able to outsource the entire TEM lifecycle, or outsource selective processes such as the labor intensive processes of invoice processing, dispute management, help desk or vendor payment.
Customers are enabled to intelligently manage, plan, optimize and reduce their global communications and wireless expenses, with the help of the MTS TEM Suite platform.
In related news, Mer Telemanagement Solutions Ltd., or MTS has appointed Josef Brikman as president of its US operations.
