Rivermine Launches Software-Powered TEM Services Suite

By Mae Kowalke, TMCnet Senior Editor

Automated telecom expense management (TEM) solutions provider Rivermine today launched a new set of software-powered services, eXPERTSolutions, designed specifically for Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies.

eXPERTSolutions is a suite of managed services, delivered by domain experts using Rivermine’s TEM software, and available as individual components or as a bundle.

The suite’s key components are outlined below.

eXPERTSourcing – contract negotiation and reverse auction software, for optimizing contract terms

eXPERTAudit – professional auditing and dispute management, paired with Rivermine’s TEM software

eXPERTInventory – inventory of locations, circuits, vendors and equipment

eXPERTInvoice Loading – fast and accurate data-entry into Rivermine’s TEM system

eXPERTHosting – outsourced deployment, operations and support for a company’s Rivermine TEM software implementation

According to a press release from Rivermine, the suite “software provides corporations and government organizations visibility into and control over their telecom spending, and can significantly reduce expenses by quickly addressing specific ‘pain points’ within the telecom environment.”

Rivermine CEO Mark Logan commented in the release that the new suite of services bridges the gap between traditional outsourcing and TEM software.

“Companies previously had to choose between Rivermine's market-leading TEM software or a traditional managed service route, but eXPERTSolutions offers the best of both worlds,” Logan said.
