AOTMP, a provider of information solutions for telecom environment management, has announced the winners of the second annual Industry Excellence Awards.
According to the company officials, the award winners were selected from over dozens nominations by a panel of experts with an aim to recognize enterprises and suppliers committed to telecom and wireless best practices.
Company officials said that the judging panel determined winners in three categories: Telecom/Wireless Professional of the Year, Environment of the Year, and Advocate of the Year.
Winners in two additional categories, Project of the Year and Innovation of the Year, were determined by vote from conference-goers following finalist presentations.
Myron Bryant of Orange County Public Schools was named Telecom/Wireless Professional of the Year.
The Environment of the Year award went to Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Advocate of the Year was awarded Will Nankivell of Integrated Mobile (News - Alert). Ben Mendoza of MDSL accepted the supplier award for Innovation of the Year. Project of the Year was awarded to Citizens Utility Board represented by Jim Chilsen.
“We’re proud to recognize our award winners who are driving efficient and effective practices in enterprise telecom management,” said Tim Lybrook, AOTMP president and CEO, in a statement.
Lybrook said that they represent a commitment to excellence in creating telecom environments that not only meet financial and operational objectives, but also support business growth and strategic initiatives.
