Transaction-based tax specialist BillSoft has announced the formation of a partnership with Enterprise Telecom Expense Management expert vCom.

Under the terms of the agreement, BillSoft is to provide vCom with assurance that tax returns are prepared accurately and in a timely manner. vCom, for its part, is to work directly with BillSoft on the filing of hundreds of monthly telecommunications tax returns, and will also work closely with BillSoft on legal issues that pertain to telecommunications.
