Speech Technologies Provider Intervoice Awarded 2007 Product of the Year

Provider of speech technologies, Intervoice (News - Alert) Inc., has been awarded a 2007 Product of the Year for its Intervoice Voice Portal (IVP) offering.

 
The award, presented by Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine, highlights the company's commitment to offering advanced technologies to the industry and improving the quality of customer experiences.

"Intervoice has proven they are committed to quality and excellence in solutions that improve the customer experience as well as ROI for the companies that use them. I am pleased to honor their hard work and accomplishments and look forward to more innovative solutions from Intervoice in the future," said Nadji Tehrani, Executive Group Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Customer Inter@ction Solutions.
 
Winners are chosen by the editors of Customer Inter@ction Solutions based on their company's vision, leadership and attention to detail, which distinguishes them amongst the competition.
 
Intervoice's IVP offering was introduced in March 2007 and is a standards-based, switch independent IVR and speech self-service platform. IVP offers scalability as well as development tools and other elements that make it possible for enterprises to quickly create call flows and applications.
