Shoppers at the 'A Impercavel' chain of department stores in Rio de Janeiro are in for a better customer experience thanks to a newly launched automatic dialer from CTI
Dealer that utilizes Loquendo's TTS technology.
With the solution, the department store is able to automatically call out to their many cardholders when they are passed due on a bill or with other collections requests.
By utilizing text to speech technology, the system takes away from the need for separate live agents for collections. And offers a level of personalization with the ability to read the name of the cardholder.
And with over 500,000 charge card holders, this offers a significant amount of newfound efficiency.
According to a news release, since using the automatic dialer, the store has seen an incredible cost reduction along with a greatly improved service performance.
Because the solution is automatic, it has cut agent workloads in half, increasing their efficiency and providing customers with an added level of satisfaction.
Most recently, Loquendo made news when they announced the release of version 7.2 of Loquendo ASR, including new capabilities to allow the automated call center to become more efficient and effective with faster response, reaction and call times.
