Loquendo (News - Alert), a winner of the “Market Leader – Speech Engine” award at the recent Speech Industry Awards 2011 and a provider of innovative speech recognition and text to speech technology, will be in attendance at this year’s SpeechTEK (News - Alert) 2011, taking place Aug. 8 to 10, at the Hilton Hotel in New York City. Sessions that are scheduled to be hosted by the company include Voice Biometrics and Speaker Identification and Verification, where Loquendo will launch its all new Biotmetric Solution, on Monday, Aug. 8 from 3 to 4 p.m.; and Speech Standards, which will feature keynote speakers RJ Auburn, CTO of Voxeo (News - Alert) Corp., and Paolo Baggia, director of international standards at Loquendo, on Tuesday, Aug. 9 from 11:45 to 12:30 p.m.
You can also meet company officials from Loquendo at SpeechTEK University on Thursday, Aug. 11, from 9 to noon. Hosted by Paolo Baggia, SpeechTEK will allow participants to learn how to adjust speech recognition technology in order to create high-quality speech applications. Baggia will also speak about multiple successful cases that have already deployed ASR applications.
