Thanks to a partnership with Gracenote, Nuance eliminates the drivers need to remove their hands from the steering wheel by providing full voice control of their digital music collections.

 

Using their voice, drivers can also command and control dashboard settings like climate controls. Drivers can also use their voice to say the name or number they'd like to call or have messages read out to them over the cars speakers.

 

In-car navigation systems are also enhanced with Nuance's solutions which let drivers say a destination to which the systems speech to tell the driver directions over the cars audio system.

 

The latest features offered in cars include connections to more networks that offer live traffic updates, satellite radio, cell phone networks and concierge services. With Nuance Automotives solutions, drivers are able to access these services and enjoy their value, without compromising their safety.
