YesDTC Expands Spanish Language Contact Center Solutions with Accelerated Media Rollout

YesDTC Holdings, a direct-to-consumer marketer and global distributor of consumer goods and products, has decided to move its Alo network campaign into full launch with an accelerated media rollout. Alo Networks is a wireless phone service with many Spanish language contact center solutions primarily designed for the U.S. Hispanic market, which holds the fastest growing population in the U. S. at 50 million people.


Alo Networks has developed a compelling suite of membership benefits for Hispanic consumers nationwide.

Specifically, as part of its offering, Alo provides users with free mobile phones and minutes, low-cost international calling, payment services, news and entertainment. In exchange, subscribers pay a modest one-time membership fee and agree to receive targeted information and sponsored content on a daily basis in the form of SMS (text) messages, video clips and/or voice messages.

Officials with YesDTC Holdings said that the company has purchased approximately 350 time slots on various Spanish language program television channels for the week and has additional advertising planned going forward.

"We are strong believers in the Alo Networks mobile phone offering, having seen the type of overwhelming and enthusiastic customer response for this product offering in the past, something we are fully expecting this week as we launch our new campaign into the marketplace," said Christian Kirsebom, general manager of YesDTC, in a statement. 

Kirsebom said a new sales oriented call center located in South America is crucial to the success of the company, which will be fully capable of handing the mainly Spanish speaking customer base.

“Since our prior media runs generated huge call volumes, we are expecting to drive thousands of call each week to this new call center operation," he said.

TMCnet in April reported that YesDTC Holdings has signed an exclusive Direct Response Television (DRTV) contract with mobile membership and advertising channel Alo Networks, Inc.  Under the terms of the contract, YesDTC Holdings will handle the running marketing campaigns on local and national Hispanic cable stations and managing the call centers, while Alo Networks will maintain charge of fulfillment, merchant card processing and ongoing customer services.
