Time Warner Expands Spanish Language Contact Center Solutions with Spanish Social Media Mi Vida, A Mi Manera

According to research reported by Time Warner (News - Alert), U.S. Hispanics are “passionate about social media and discovering new ways to share their personal stories with friends and family back home.” With increasing ways to communicate through social media, Spanish language contact center solutions are becoming more popular in America.


There are over 13.5 million Hispanics currently living in the United States who are on Facebook (News - Alert), according to Time Warner Cable, which has recently launched the new “Mi Vida, A Mi Manera” (My Life, My Way) application on its Mi Cultura page “to celebrate these cultural experiences.”

The idea is to give Mi Cultura fans an online tool to, in the words of Time Warner officials, “honor loved ones, special events and places that have helped them become who they are today.” Customers can use the “Mi Vida, A Mi Manera” application to create video collages by uploading photos and videos, selecting from different music and design options, and sharing these videos via Facebook.

The application was created entirely in Spanish for Spanish-dominant and bilingual consumers.

It’s not difficult to create the video, all one has to do is select a music theme, add text to each photo and organize them however they want, tag (News - Alert) family and friends and hey, you’re ready to go.

Not surprisingly, the app is seen as an important part of Time Warner Cable’s 2011 integrated marketing campaign, also titled “Mi Vida, A Mi Manera,” to engage with the Hispanic community via various touch points including television spots, radio, print, local concerts and a series of webisodes.

Earlier this year, TMCnet had the news that Telvista has been recertified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI (News - Alert)-DSS) as a Level 1 service provider by Trustwave, a provider of on-demand data security and payment card industry compliance management to businesses and organizations throughout the world. Telvista provides English and Spanish contact center outsourcing to companies.
