Flexera Improves Producer Suite to Simplify, Secure Licensing for Developers

Application developers face a considerable challenge when they're trying to sell their product. This has created more demand, and enterprises are looking for more efficient licensing processes including the removal of local license servers by delivering 'licensing-as-a-service' in the cloud. This will give enterprises a more efficient licensing platform and application producers will be able to monetize and protect their products with more dependability.

The cloud licensing service allows application producers to offer multiple licensing models including perpetual and usage-based for on premises, virtual and cloud environments. This gives them support for licensing enforcement for concurrent, metered and utility modules, ensuring compliance and preventing revenue leakage in virtualized environments.
