Spindle is a company that offers mobile commerce solutions for financial service providers and consumer-facing merchants of all sizes. The company is working on introducing new solutions for businesses to rapidly integrate mobile payment acceptance and mobile marketing services.
The company recently inked new distribution agreement with AllCom, a provider of business communications services in cities across the U.S. This agreement will allow both the companies to jointly sell payment services and business communication and softswitch technologies to their corresponding customers.
Spindle has a wide-ranging proprietary intellectual property portfolio, which encompass networks, mobile payments, and security. At first, AllCom will incorporate with Spindle's PSP (payment service provider) platform containing its rapid onboarding system. This will enable AllCom to offer payment processing services to its clients.
In addition, Spindle is in charge of reselling AllCom's Universal Office suite of business communications services to its customers, including AllCom's Genie toll-free voice authorization technology, PhonePlusPlus Universal Telephone Numbers, prepaid cards, and international dialing solutions.
"We're excited to partner with AllCom, and provide a comprehensive payment processing and business communications solution to our respective customers," said Bill Clark, Spindle's chief executive officer.
Clark said that AllCom engages thousands of small businesses around the country and this relationship gives them a tremendous opportunity to expand their client base by delivering a broad portfolio of services that are relevant to businesses of all types and sizes.
AllCom has local coverage in most U.S. markets and Local Public Access Numbers in about 5,000 cities and communities in 40 countries on five continents through the use of a touch-tone telephone or the Internet. The newly incorporated solution will now cater to its customers demand.
The company's portfolio includes solutions in unified communications, electronic banking, ecommerce and Internet connectivity. AllCom's services can be leveraged through desktop phones, wireless devices, the Internet, VoIP networks, ATMs and fax machines.
