Telinta, a Springfield, N.J., provider of hosted switching and billing solutions for VoIP service providers, has rolled out a new, easy-to-use mobile softphone app for both iOS and Android (News - Alert) devices.
With the newly released app, TeliGlobe, Telinta's service provider customers can grow their businesses by adding a convenient softphone that makes it easier for end users to enjoy the costs savings of VoIP from their mobile device.
“Telinta understands the tremendous global opportunity for mobile VoIP,” said Alex Ferdman, CEO of Telinta. “TeliGlobe can help our customers grow their businesses by adding a convenient softphone that makes it easier for end users to enjoy the costs savings of VoIP from their mobile device.”
TeliGlobe, which currently supports multiple languages, is filled with user-friendly features such as speed dial, call forwarding, call transfer, conferencing, call waiting, ring tone selection, address book integration, optional call recording, video calling and more. The company has also added Push Notifications feature that helps softphone users to save battery life when the app runs in the background.
Also, the dialed numbers can be inevitably re-written to house special dialing protocols around the world.
“Telinta constantly brings our customers innovative new ways to compete in the marketplace,” added Ferdman. “Our robust platform helps customers easily integrate all the key pieces they need to win and retain customers.”
In addition to the above mentioned features, the new TeliGlobe is backed by Telinta’s switching and billing competences and can be managed through the same interface that VoIP service providers use to manage other key functions on Telinta’s hosted platform.
TeliGlobe also makes user adoption easy – the solution can be downloaded for free by end users directly from the Apple (News - Alert) App Store and Google Play.
Since its inception in 2002, Telinta, Inc. offers secure and reliable cloud-based switching and billing solutions for VoIP service providers around the globe.
