While there are many names in the telecommunications arena, New York-based REDCOM (News - Alert) Laboratories has always stood out from the pack with telecom products that are consistently innovative, without sacrificing quality or reliability. All of REDCOM’s products are designed, manufactured, and assembled in the United States, and with the utmost attention to detail.
But strong products aside, it has been said that a company is only as strong as its finances. This is just one more reason why REDCOM comes out on top, as it further strengthens its financial department by promoting Richard T. Marcucci to vice president of finance.
Marcucci has proven himself to be a highly valuable member of the REDCOM team and has used his expertise in financial management to navigate the company toward continual success, the company said in making the announcement. While REDCOM has been producing telecommunications systems in the industry for over 35 years, Marcucci has been on board for over 30 of those years, making his contributions to the company innumerable and instrumental.
Sam Delibert, president and chief operating officer of REDCOM, reiterated this point, saying at the time of the announcement that Marcucci’s “unique leadership abilities and financial experience are valuable assets to the company.” Marcucci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Buffalo, and over 30 years of experience at REDCOM.
Prior to the promotion, Marcucci led the company’s accounting department as Controller. Now, as REDCOM’s vice president of finance, he will be taking on new and elevated responsibilities while continuing to fulfill the duties of his former position at the same time. He certainly has his work cut out for him, but if anyone is up to the task it’s Marcucci, who has proven that he is a highly qualified and determined team player.
