Online travel agency Mega Vacations has roped in two telecommunication solution providers, TelOnline (News - Alert) and BellVoz, for a tailor-made solution that allows the company to expand its operations in new regions worldwide and tap into new markets.
Mega Vacations offers customized, budget-friendly family vacation packages all around the world. As part of the contract, TelOnline and BellVoz will develop a customized telecommunications solution that integrates hosted IP-PBX (News - Alert) and SIP Trunking features into a single package for Mega Vacations.
Mega Vacations is already using TelOnline’s Hosted IP-PBX solution that allows the company to enjoy a cutting-edge telephone system without investing in telephone equipment.
A hosted IP-PBX solution gives enterprises geographical flexibility. It lets employees work across different regions and countries with a virtual office phone system. This easy-to-set-up and feature-packed solution creates the impression of a professional sounding telephone system for the customers.
Mega Vacations is also using BellVoz’s VoIP service for its operations in Colombia, Chile, Peru and the United States. It didn’t require any additional investment in equipment to adapt IP-PBX to analog and/or traditional costly E1 services. It offers countless advantages of digital telephone service -- at no additional cost.
In terms of financial benefits, SIP trunking makes the best choice for enterprises with global operations. BellVoz’s VoIP services provide the company with countless benefits. It facilitates high-quality telecommunication at a much lower price.
With SIP trunking, the company enjoys immense cost savings in calls origination and termination and telephone line rental costs are far lower. Network call charges between their offices in Colombia, Chile, Peru and the United States are free. The company enjoys different national and international area code numbers and instant call re-routing facilities in the event of a disaster
The customized solution, integrating both the hosted IP-PBX and SIP trunking features, will support the travel company’s growth in the new regions.
“We are pleased to provide Mega Vacations with a valuable, tailor-made telecommunications solution. This solution will help them grow and expand their operations in new regions worldwide,” stated TelOnline’s President Juan Carlos Castañeda.
TelOnline recently signed an agreement with QueueMetrics, a division of Loway (News - Alert), to distribute QueueMetrics call center monitoring solutions. The agreement enables TelOnline, a provider of tailored telecommunications solutions, to offer the QueueMetrics products in the United States and Latin America, delivering to call centers an advanced software solution that measures its targets, conversion rates and agent activity.
