Zultys Technologies (News - Alert) held the inaugural meeting of its VAR Advisory Board, a core group of value-added resellers and distributors working to market and distribute the company’s award winning VoIP
phone systems and products, on Aug. 22-23 at its corporate headquarters in California.
According to the company, the productive meeting yielded “a definitive plan of action” which will be undertaken in the coming months -- however, it didn’t provide specifics. The board’s role is to guide executive management on how to improve sales through the implementation of “best practices” procedures, as well as to open lines of communication and offer guidance on sales, marketing, distribution and R&D and other important business matters.
“I would personally like to thank each and every member of the VAR Advisory Board for their participation in this most impressive gathering,” said Zultys’ President and CEO Avi Wienrib in a press release. “They have provided management with the insight to see beyond the horizon and ensure that the future of the company is a successful one.”
Zultys announced the formation of its VAR Advisory Council earlier this month. Members of the Council represent “some of the most influential dealers” in the SIP PBX
space.
