RPI Consultants, a Baltimore-based professional services firm, has entered into a partnership agreement with Access, a provider of e-form management software products for easy data management. RPI will now offer Formatta, Access’s paperless and mobile e-forms solution designed to enable anywhere, anytime data collection and integration into enterprise systems.

With the Formatta e-forms solution, organizations can manage forms paperlessly throughout the business process and ensure that all documentation is collected and complete with a checklist before a customer acts. In addition, RPI will offer professional services for Formatta products.

RPI’s experienced consultants offer installation and setup of Formatta products, e-form design and development, and customized system integration with other business applications. The company’s offerings include a custom-developed Lawson connector for Formatta e-form data uploads and expertise with third-party Formatta integrations such as Perceptive TransForm for ImageNow.  Formatta e-forms can be used to create and publish new e-forms and convert existing (paper or electronic) ones while retaining their original structure.

Formatta’s electronic forms management platform aims to be able to transform any paper-driven process into an electronic, paperless and mobile one.
