SIM server leader iQsim is looking to be off to a strong 2012. Only a week after releasing its newest product – the SIM Rack 256 – the Europe-based company has received the 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award from TMC (News - Alert) for its IRON SIM Server One offering, an all-in-one call and SMS termination solution.
“I am happy to grant iQsim with a Product of the Year Award. The editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY have testified that the IRON SIM Server One displays quality and innovation and provides answers to real needs in the marketplace,” stated Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), CEO, TMC. “I would like to congratulate the entire team at iQsim for their commitment to advancing IP communication technologies.”
Touted as an all-in-one-product that ensures you make the best use of your SIM cards, IRON SIM Server One delivers state-of-the-art SIM server features, including SIM allocation, SIM protection and SIM cards storage. Based on criteria such as credit, service type, location and operator, the IRON SIM Server One uses iQsim’s IRON Suite technology to select the most appropriate SIM card, whether it’s pre-paid or post-paid, to optimize call termination costs and maximize SIM cards usage. The end result is the ability to build a professional small to medium call and SMS termination service quickly, efficiently and safely, all at a low but long-term investment.
“We are pleased to receive the 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award,” said Philippe Bessaguet, iQsim’s CEO. “iQsim IRON SIM Server One embeds our leading IRON Suite SIM management technology in a single hardware configuration. The award recognizes both iQsim’s state-of-the-art technology and its product innovation.”
According to company officials, it is IRON SIM Servers One’s advanced capabilities that set this product apart from the rest. Not only does the solution extend beyond the typical call control for handling SMS termination and its notification and delivery reports, but it also integrates features like human behavior simulation and automatic pre-paid SIM cards management. This entails SIM card activation, credit limit enforcement, credit synchronization, top-up and credit transfer.
“The iQsim IRON SIM Server One provides high-end virtual SIM technology and features, combined with SIM storage in a single hardware configuration, thus simplifying deployment and management and reducing overall costs,” said Laurent Lhermitte, iQsim’s vice president of Sales.
