Datacom New Zealand (Datacom) and Syl Semantics (Syl) have entered into a strategic agreement in a joint effort to deliver information management and enterprise search solutions in New Zealand and Australia.
Datacom provides businesses with process solutions, including payroll, HR, financial and contact center services. Its IT management offerings encompass multiple services, ranging from advanced data center, cloud and network services, to operations management and transformational project and consulting capabilities. It aims to apply its expertise and practical knowhow to each client’s distinctive requirements.
Syl Semantics, meanwhile, offers a next-generation technology platform designed to enable organizations to turn rapidly growing corporate data volumes from high-maintenance liabilities into corporate assets, improving the management of corporate risk and increasing revenues, profitability and market-share.
The new strategic partnership was forged between the two companies with the intent to merge the information management, access and analysis solutions from Syl Semantics with the development, integration and delivery capabilities of Datacom, which should enable their joint customers to have the means to simplify their data overload problems.
