Tenrox Introduces Salesforce.com Quick Connect Technology

“Tenrox-Salesforce.com Quick Connect brings new levels of efficiency, automation and ease of use into tracking and managing the sales and project/service lifecycle,” says Rafat Hilal, Tenrox’s Vice President of Research and Development. “It provides a complete, 360-degree, real-time view of project demand, resource capacity and utilization as well as project progress. It’s great for forecasting and scheduling clients throughout the sales and project pipelines.”

Project and service delivery teams gain insight into the sales pipeline for better forecasting and resource management, and executive teams get a consolidated view of all customer engagements, including resource bookings, project cost, billing and budgets.

Tenrox was able to provide a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) to Salesforce.com.  With Tenrox’s Quick Connect Technology this process has been improved so that there are no limits to the types of data that can be mapped, sent to and retrieved from Salesforce.com.

Additionally to KPIs, Salesforce.com queries can obtain data such as available resources, bookings, work types, tasks, project updates, invoice information and expense details—data that can be easily shared and exchanged with Tenrox project workforce management functions.
