The Internet of Everything (IoE) is the new buzzword that is uniting people and technologies to derive value out of networked connections. Companies already use rich communication suite services to link up many channels of communication such as VoIP and conferencing into one streamlined interface. But while communications and networks are diversifying, the IoE is still looming on the horizon as the next big thing, and businesses may need some expert help to make use of this new concept.
iQ NetSolutions is now a Preferred Solution Partner within the Cisco (News - Alert) Solution Partner Program. As a member of the Cisco Solution Partner Program, the company can help its clients realize the potential of IoE (Internet of Everything). iQ NetSolutions’ (News - Alert) relationship with Cisco dates back to 2002, when the company started providing Attendant Consoles for Cisco VoIP customers. The company also recently completed interoperability verification for the Cisco Unified Communications (News - Alert) Manager (UCM) and Cisco Business Edition 6000 (BE6K). Now, the company provides a host of offerings which provide various PC and web-based Attendant Consoles to the clients.
The Cisco Solution Partner Program ensures the clients that Cisco programs can be safely used with the third party program. This will enable the clients to provide combined offerings to their customers. A Preferred Solution Partner has achieved Cisco compatibility certification on at least one solution, and can also provide round the clock customer support.
“iQ NetSolutions is very excited to become a Preferred Solution Partner," said Ray Ryan, the company’s president and CEO. "We are committed to the Cisco IoE strategy and our suite of collaboration solutions will continue to play a role in supporting Cisco's go-to-market plan. We continue to see a significant increase in sales through our Cisco Channel Partners and recognize this designation will have a positive effect on our sales.”
