IVR Technology Group
, a provider of intelligent voice response services and solutions, has announced
the unveiling of a new streamlined approach to automated survey response capture that is also rich in attributes: iSurvey.
iSurvey comes packed with advanced features, one of them is a pleasant sounding voice that will assist callers in answering the questionnaire from which clients' service and product info is charted. The company has claimed that iSurvey is the optimal choice for both small and large apps and is designed to allow quick start up and instant result posting.
IVR Technology Group has asserted that they have been designing developing and hosting IVR applications and services to help customers large and small to significantly reduce routine calls, improve customer service, provide self help access and to significantly reduce the cost and improve performance.
Officials with IVT Technology have commented that since iSurvey is a virtual person and not a human, the message delivered is consistent and pleasant plus the capture of responses is always non-bias - all of which is a constant challenge when using live resources to capture survey information. Further, iSurvey is more secure and less prone to human error in terms of input and passing along accurate information.
iSurvey is also capable of reducing the operational expenses by 60% which in turn enables users to opt for advanced technologies they usually stayed clear of in the past due to cost reasons. The app itself is offered as hosting model which removes the need for users to buy additional solutions or hire extra staff to run or monitor it.
Using the latest in client/server technology, iSurvey can interface with host databases to append or add additional points of information, tally and insert into robust reporting modules whether on client premise or through a third party application.
The company has claimed that iSurvey is more suited for clients that need instant information which is supplied by the solution's up-to-the-minute statistics and immediate feedback for validation features.
