Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions are essential in the modern business climate, where customer satisfaction is a top priority and repeatedly poor interactions with them can easily lead to an organization’s total downfall. Hostcomm, a company that normally specializes in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) products, recently announced that it has expanded into this sector with the launch of Hostcomm ContactFlow CRM.
With this latest offering, the company focused on giving businesses as much control over their CRM tools as possible so they can be customized to derive maximum value. In addition, Hostcomm continued its dedication to providing more features than its competition at a lower price, altogether ensuring ContactFlow CRM adds significant value for companies that choose to implement it.
"We want ContactFlow CRM to be an asset, not an obstacle," commented Chris Key, Director of Hostcomm. "And the best way to do that is to give businesses complete control and the maximum choice. We've included a huge range of features that aren't usually seen in a CRM system on this price level.”
The solution is built on SugarCRM (News - Alert), an industry-proven open-source CRM platform that provides the necessary underlying technology before being augmented by Hostcomm’s additional features. These include workflow automation, integration with dialers and lead generation systems, one-click calling and screen pops of customer records. Furthermore, ContactFlow CRM includes a secure client portal that facilitates smooth two-way communications between businesses and their customers, and lets the latter log into a portioned area of the CRM system to access information and upload important documents.
ContactFlow CRM is hosted in the cloud on a dedicated server and offers the best security capabilities allowed by current technology. In addition to giving businesses complete control of their own databases, this strategy enables the provision of robust firewall protection.
“We realized there was no technical reason that a CRM system had to be so expensive — we could give people the advanced features they'd expect to integrate into an enterprise platform, without the expense,” Key continued. “People can use ContactFlow CRM in a way that makes sense for them, whether they're a call center running a big outbound campaign or taking leads from a Web form and automatically responding by email and SMS. It's high flexibility, at a low cost."
Hostcomm ContactFlow CRM is now generally available and directly competes with leading CRM systems such as Salesforce, Pipedrive and Insightly.
