Debt Collection with TCN and ClickDebt Software

By Casey Houser, Contributing Writer

Call center software provider TCN is known for its call center suite, Platform 3.0. It is now proving that its software model can work with additional business software in its partnership with ClickDebt.

ClickDebt has long provided its own software for high courts and parties interested in enforcing debt collection. Multiple parties can use the software at once to monitor transactions and review individual accounts. The partnership with TCN will give additional features to ClickDebt by allowing it to take advantage of cloud-based assets. By interacting with Platform 3.0, ClickDebt can offer its users a flexible dialing platform with all the features one might expect from a modern call center suite. Jan Heuff, a managing director at ClickDebt, spoke about this combination of features and benefits it own customers will see.

“We are excited to announce this partnership with TCN and strongly believe that our customers will benefit from being able to leverage a fully integrated dialing platform. TCN Platform 3.0’s unmatched performance and pay-as-you-go pricing were the deciding factors for us in moving forward with TCN over other providers,” Heuff said.

ClickDebt entered the market with an eye for efficiency. Part of the original goal for its software was to reduce operational overhead by replacing entire teams of legal staff with a single communications/payment platform. Its methods of communications are what will receive the largest benefit through the partnership with TCN. Platform 3.0 comes with built-in features such as an IVR system, the ability to record calls, and analytics tools that can help legal staff create reports.

The combination of features from ClickDebt and TCN can also extend the number of parties which can interact at once. Instead of focusing just on connections through individual cases such as a single account officer and a client, it can create networks of people throughout entire legal systems. Judges, lawyers, debtors, and all other legal parties, including clients, can have their own cloud-based network. If there are repeat offenders in the system, for instance, it would not be difficult for a judge to see the connections between a client and his or her associated legal teams from years previous.

Furthermore, the new system will give clients more power to access debt collection features through an IVR system that will transfer them to the correct legal parties when they make calls to an entity that uses ClickDebt. Debt collection firms can begin to expect that incoming calls from debtors will reach the correct parties; likewise, debtors can expect to reach their personal contacts without wading through a sea of middlemen.
