Those taking part in the program are under no obligation to buyout or sign any contracts, and may discontinue the service at any point. Customers simply pay month to month until they’ve decided the solution is right for them, in which case they will own the entire solution after twelve months time (or earlier if they are inclined to purchase the solution outright).

The FlexPay Predictive Program can lead to thousands of dollars in savings over the lifetime of the predictive dialer compared to the endless monthly charges of hosted solutions. Now, there is no reason to continue to pay for something you can own in just one year. According to SpitFire, companies can save over $3,000 per agent in the first four years alone. A lower initial fee, combined with total ownership after just one year, means an approximate 75 percent reduction in costs during each subsequent year.
