SpitFire Unveils New FlexPay Predictive Program

Predicitve Dialers are a powerful way to maximize call center production. Intelligent autodialing, lead management, and campaign control all contribute to more productive agents and increased sales. Many companies have thus opted for hosted dialer services, which offer efficient cloud access to predictive dialer technology that is run entirely on a remote dedicated server for a monthly fee.


However, there is a new alternative to the hosted model. SpitFire Enterprise Predictive Dialers has introduced its new FlexPay Predictive Program, wherein companies can instead choose to pay a low monthly fee for an on-site predictive dialer solution for just twelve months, after which the solution becomes completely theirs.

SpitFire’s FlexPay option allows businesses to own their very own predictive dialer solution after only twelve low monthly payments. Those taking part in the program are under no obligation to buyout or sign any contracts, and may discontinue the service at any point. Customers simply pay month to month until they’ve decided the solution is right for them, in which case they will own the entire solution after twelve months time (or earlier if they are inclined to purchase the solution outright).

The FlexPay Predictive Program can lead to thousands of dollars in savings over the lifetime of the predictive dialer compared to the endless monthly charges of hosted solutions. Now, there is no reason to continue to pay for something you can own in just one year. According to SpitFire, companies can save over $3,000 per agent in the first four years alone. A lower initial fee, combined with total ownership after just one year, means an approximate 75 percent reduction in costs during each subsequent year.
