ViryaNet Intros Voice-Enabled Field Application

Field technicians can now rely on the newly released new ViryaNet (News - Alert) G4 Field Application that enables processing of work via an intelligent mobile application. The new ViryaNet G4 Field Application, a latest release by ViryaNet Limited supports voice activation, enables field technicians to get voice guidance, and also automate reminders and status updates through geo-location and movement sensors.


But that’s not it. Users can also use this application to have stress-free communication with customers, peers and managers via phone, text or e-mail, as well as better collaboration and information sharing, enabling improved customer satisfaction. This application is boosted with “My Workforce” functionality, which enables the supervisors with full visibility of their employees in real time, including skills, work status, and distance from the supervisor, in order to keep work on track and handle changes proactively.

Also, technicians can more often involve stakeholders including managers to field technicians – to the accomplish the goals of the company and also get information about individual performance, including compliance to plan, missed appointments, and return visits, as part of a performance management plans.
