Connect First, a provider of cloud routing, inbound ACD, outbound dialing, call tracking, IVR, predictive dialer, live agent chat and more, has recently entered into a partnership with Kavanaugh Call Center Group, a business process outsourcer that serves large-scale companies who do business throughout the U.S. and around the world.

Under this agreement, Kavanaugh Call Center Group will become a Certified Cloud Routing Destination for Connect which will save clients a significant amount of money when routing their calls, improve the answer rate when compared with centers not using the Connect First ACD, and provide more comprehensive reporting.

Connect First’s hosted Cloud Routing solution also allows for the intelligent load balancing of inbound calls to multiple contact centers.

Connect First President Richard Manulkin, said in a statement, “Kavanaugh Call Center Group is a mid-size, boutique call center with hundreds of highly skilled agents. They will no doubt be an asset to Connect First’s Cloud Routing customers.”

Predicative dialer provider Connect First offers a consultative approach with each customer interaction as well as builds customized solutions to meet the needs of a discerning customer base.
