The company offers a comprehensive range of services including enterprise call center, predictive dialer, SIP trunking, voice broadcasting, white label, and IVR testing and delivers these solutions through its own private network, ensuring the best sound quality, fastest connection speeds and an extremely reliable network.

The predictive dialer solution from Ytel includes unlimited minutes, a custom reporting dashboard, custom caller ID with compliance IVR, dispositions, notes and one click call backs. It also comes with other powerful features including call recording, real-time monitoring, manual dial ability and more.

The predictive dialer provider has multiple data centers throughout the United States, cross-connects at strategic locations, and offers multiple redundancies for security and preservation. Its services are constantly being monitored by Cisco (News - Alert) Certified Engineers.

Last year, the company made headlines when a global marketing agency chose its dialer in addition to its voice broadcast and SIP trunking products to get the word out about political candidates across three contact centers located around the world.

The company is involved in the 2012 United States political season through the deliverance of the "Get Out The Vote (GOTV)" voice broadcast solutions that are being created for political clients Ytel is associated with.

 Prior to deciding on implementing Ytel’s solutions, the company was using premise-based equipment in their call centers located in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Europe. However, the equipment was very expensive and needed to constantly be updated.
