Drishti, a provider of contact center solutions including predictive dialers, has revealed that Yesso Global Services, a premier BPO service provider, has chosen its Ameyo Communication Suite.
The BPO company selectedAmeyo’s dialer technology to replace its outbound predictive dialer solution from a leading provider, due to the fact that it could not provide the operational flexibility required by their clients.
After deploying Ameyo’s predictive dialer, Yesso could not only deliver better service but also ease the amount of stress put on IT management, company officials said in a press release. The prompt and efficient direct support from Drishti was yet another incentive for Yesso to change providers.
“We were using a well renowned European-based predictive dialer for our international dialing campaigns,” says Yethish Kumar, executive director, Yesso BPO. “The solution was working well but was rigid towards the dialer configurations our processes required. Also, the third-party support system was a problem. We decided to switch and chose Ameyo.”
Ameyo, according to Kumar, increase efficiency and is very easy-to-use. “The Drishti team was quite responsive and quick to resolve all tech support issues. We plan to increase our Ameyo-reliance further,” Kumar added.
The predictive dialer powered by Ameyo has the best overall test results in international dialing scenarios. The dialer ensures system availability at call centers, something that is crucial when dealing with client services.
Supported by the patent-pending deployment platform at the core, the Ameyo Communication Suite easily adapts to changing business requirements. The predictive dialer solution also presents a feature-rich technology package that is capable of delivering great results even in very demanding business set-ups.
Recently, Drishti revealed that it is offering the Ameyo predictive dialer to power the international outbound operations of the BPO division of the well-known Runner Group of companies. The BPO offers international telemarketing services to countries like Australia and Canada.
