Personalized Predictive Dialer Systems

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

OPC Marketing maintains the capabilities to build a SpitFire Call Center Solution that will fit according your individual business needs. SpitFire has telemarketing-related Predictive Dialer systems that can be customized to work in conjunction with any product or service.

When you implement predictive dialers and auto dialer software in the call center, you can contact hundreds, even thousands of potential customers in the area every day, without ever reducing productivity levels. Through these predictive dialer systems, businesses can collect specific information that can alter future business practices and conduct surveys, simply by clicking a button.

Call centers need to heavily rely on telemarketing software to quickly get information out to future customers. SpitFire’s Predictive Dialer is a computer-based dialing system that places outbound calls via database interaction, using special telephone cards that connect to various types of communication and telephone lines. SpitFire’s Predictive Dialer software will place outbound calls from a pre-loaded database list of numbers on a single line or multiple line cards.

Depending on the predetermined set-up of the system, as well as the amount of Live Agents will determine how many calls the Predictive Dialer places or receives per hour. The dialing campaigns manager has the ability to increase or decrease the amount of inbound and outbound calls.

With an additional accessory called the Viking Monitoring unit, SpitFire can offer monitoring and blocking capabilities to Predictive customers. On the PBX (News - Alert) side, the HUD interface allows a user to record a call so they can return to it later, or even monitor a call if they have the correct permissions.
