InvisibleCRM Enhances Productivity for SugarCRM Customers

In a bid to offer SugarCRM customers with the ability to easily access information through the Microsoft (News - Alert) Windows desktop, new integration tools from InvisibleCRM, SalesFolder and SalesAlerts, have been made available on SugarExchange.

 
With the new productivity-enhancing solutions SugarCRM customers can," take full advantage of the Sugar functionality while at the same time consolidating the customer data within their familiar Microsoft Windows desktop."

InvisibleCRM provides tools to assist in improving user adoption and increasing ROI for "line-of-business enterprise applications."

The availability of SalesFolder, a document sharing and delivery system that keeps files both online and on the desktop makes it possible for users to organize and work with files locally. And with SalesAlerts, a notification engine, users can stay updated on recent customer developments, new opportunities, closing dates, customer birthdays, and other important customer related information.
 
Not only will the addition of these solutions help with enhancing productivity of SugarCRM users by making it easier to connect with important information as it is needed, but in the end, offers support for an improved customer relationships as well.
 
 
SugarCRM's Chairman, CEO and Co-founder, John Roberts is also presenting a session at the Call Center 2.0 Conference, collocated at the INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference & EXPO West 2007 going on now at the Los Angeles Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.
 
The session, "Open Source: Too Good to Be True?" will be held tomorrow, Wednesday September 12, 2007 from 1:45pm- 2:30pm.
 
During the session, Roberts will compare open source and proprietary options at several levels from agent telephones and computers to servers and telephony systems as well as provide several real-world examples of the way enterprise-level contact centers are using open source to varying degrees to improve their business.
