Global open source enterprise for open source solutions OSSCube recently conducted a SugarCRM (News - Alert) training session on “Effectively using Reports and Developing new Reports.”

OSSCube is a SugarCRM Authorized Learning Partner and SugarCRM Gold Partner. Headquartered in North Carolina with offices in Houston, OSSCube specializes in SugarCRM Customization, SugarCRM Implementation and SugarCRM Support.

The very informative four hours long online training session gave hands-on overview of the reports module and included several exercises to develop new reports. The training was meant to enable the users to develop a range of graphical and tabular reports using innovative drag and drop reporting tool of SugarCRM.

The training was conducted by Authorized SugarCRM trainer who is very experienced in building reports and has done it for over 50 customers. The training was very useful for those people who are using SugarCRM and wanted to use report module fully.

Allan from New York is one of the attendees of the program and went to OSSCube initially as they were recommended by another client.

He noted OSSCube to be a friendly, helpful company that has always given them the support they have required. Allan found the company to be very approachable and understood the necessity to be able to explain computer problems in non-computer terms to those who are not IT minded.

According to a release, OSSCube intends to initiate more such SugarCRM training sessions in the days to come.
