Surado Online CRM Professional Edition Now Available

On-premise and online CRM solutions developer, Surado Solutions, has announced that the Surado CRM Online Professional Edition is now available with project management features as part of the standard configuration. 



This enhancement is expected to allow CRM users to gain access to a true 360 degree view of customers, opportunities, customer service, marketing and project management, while also eliminating the typical redundancies that exist in the market.With Surado CRM Project Management, users gain the ability to create and manage projects, tasks, sub-tasks and associated activities. Users will also be able to assign and track resources, budgets, status, project timelines, project manager and much more. 

The Surando Project Management solution is part of the core product line. As a result, it will automatically link projects to individuals and vice versa. Such individuals may be system users or other entities that are linked to the project.To achieve market differentiation, Surado delivers a solution for users who start their day with a project and not just an account of contact. All projects are linked to the individual and a complete 360-degree view of the account or contact now includes a listing of all the projects a person or account is associated with and their role. A company involved with several projects with different roles would be clearly tracked and available to all system users. 

Aside from out-of-the-box project management features, the Surado CRM Online Professional edition also offers the flexibility to configure the features so it can be customized to meet the specific needs of companies. Customization features include the ability to customize drop down menu selections, create custom fields, security access to features and more. "Once again, Surado pushes the envelope to make Project Management features a standard online CRM offering. Our goal is to provide our customers the tools necessary to see the big picture, all in one application," said, Sundip R. Doshi, Surado CRM CEO, in a statement. "The net result is a clear win for our customers because now they can manage all of their projects, relationships and opportunities in one place."

Surado’s Project Management is offered as part of Surado CRM Online Professional Edition subscription, available at $40 per user per month. All current and new subscribers will be able to use this feature starting August 9, 2010. In other Surado news, the company announced earlier this year the release of Sales Process Workflow automation for Surado CRM Online Professional Edition. Surado CRM Online Sales Process Workflow insures peak performance by insuring consistency across the entire sales team and, providing accurate and effective results that translate into increased revenues and greater profitability.
