Advertel (News - Alert) has once again been given exclusive permission to use “Here We Go!” by the author and performer Roger Wood for its ADS-ON-HOLD productions for the phone. As the unofficial Pittsburgh Steelers Fight Song, “Here We Go!” is a new release for 2010/2011 with all new lyrics from years past.
Advertel has been in the business of compiling telephone listening audience estimates for more than 20 years, and recently came off a huge holiday offer of Bing Crosby’s musical selections. Subscribers to the “unlimited length” program from Advertel have access to seven mp3 files.
Paul Beran, CEO of Advertel recently noted, “Callers immediately recognize the difference between royalty-free music, and songs published by name artists. When they hear something of quality that they recognize, they usually respond to it -- and often, with their checkbook. To kick this effect up a notch even further, ADS-ON (News - Alert)-HOLD typically arranges for up-close and personal interviews with the artist.”
As a tip for users of this seasonal product, be sure to rearrange all MP3 files (music and messages) on your computer first. Then, move them over to your flash drive all at the same time.
According to Advertel, “If you attempt to load the files onto your flash drive first and then rearrange them from there, your ADS-ON-HOLD® player will most likely ignore your alpha-numeric order, and play them in the order in which they were saved, instead. If you’re changing the music, this may mean your player will play all the ads, first, and then all the music, second. This may not be the desired effect you intend. The only way you’ll be able to play files in alpha-numeric order is if they are all moved to the flash drive together.”
Be sure to play this exciting exclusive for your ADS-ON-HOLD® throughout the playoffs – and the Super Bowl!
