iTel Mobile VoIP Callback Dialer Eases Process, Strengthens Loyalty

By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor

In a bid to further increase the value of mobile VoIP services for their customers, a Singapore-based provider of VoIP products and solutions has announced a new mobile application that improves calling card usage via a mobile phone.

According to officials with REVE Systems, the “Callback Dialer” application automates the calling card usage process so it is as easy to make a mobile call using a calling card as it is to place traditional call from mobile phones.

The mobile VoIP service supports an extensive list of handset models including Nokia, Samsung, Blackberry, iPhone (News - Alert), Motorola, and more and can be distributed via the Web, WAP and OTA.

Using CallBack Dialer, service providers can relieve customers of any frustrating experiences with having to call back a company - including the need to remember a PIN number or other access code, higher calling costs or having to navigate through complicated systems.

Instead, customers have a hassle-free call back service from their mobile phone that is company-branded and further strengthen their loyalty to the company.

In a recent interview with TMCnet, Rezaul Hassan, CEO of REVE Systems noted that many carriers are beginning to offer mobile VoIP as a differentiator from their competitors in today’s market.

“This trend, coupled with high-quality end user experiences, is going to ensure higher end user adoption,” Hassan said.
