VinSolutions, an online sales and marketing platform provider, announced the launch of its mobile CRM solution VinMobile for Android (News - Alert).

The launch comes after the release of VinMobile 2.0 for iPhone and iPad devices in January of 2013. The solution supports all of the same features supported by iPhone (News - Alert) and iPad devices, the company said.

The app is available for download on the Google Play Store. VinMobile is also included in all CRM packages. 

Android and iOS are the two leading mobile operating systems. With the launch of VinSolutions for Android, the company is now able to better support the way dealers want to do business with their customers, says Jennifer Lee, senior director of Product at VinSolutions.

VinSolutions for Android and iOS allows customers to quickly search for and optionally add a customer. It will help companies receive leads and contact the customer directly from the customer dashboard. Dealers can stay connected to their customers in a more accessible way.

Another advantage of the new solution is that it gives specific views for sales staff and management, with quick access to vital information, all in one easy-to-maneuver window.

The intuitive customer dashboard allows companies to receive leads and contact the customer directly. They can log customer calls, view contact history, view/add notes, and create and mark tasks and appointments complete. The system also provides instant notifications of new leads and alerts.

Allen Ward, digital marketing manager at Fred Mueller Automotive and VinMobile customer, is hopeful that the Android-based mobile CRM will allow him to deliver world-class service to current and prospective clients.
