Telarus Rolls Out Carrier Neutral SSaS Program

Telarus, already a big-time company when it comes to business data, voice and cloud data services announced earlier this week that it has launched a new carrier-neutral Solution Sales as a Service (SSaS) program. This new program is geared toward helping Telarus (News - Alert) customers when it has a problem with its large or complex network, voice, cloud and data center deals.


This truly is a complex and complete offering that includes all the consumer facing elements of a particular sale. This means the solution offers up network design, price quotes, customer presentation and project management once the sale is complete. “When cloud, network, and UC deals grow in complexity and price, sometimes a partner may find themselves in over their head.  Our team, all of which are former CenturyLink (News - Alert) employees, have more than 15 years (each) experience with enterprise sales and knows firsthand what questions to ask the customer, what solutions will be the best fit, and how to bring the deal across the finish line.  We can take a back seat role, a primary role, or go into a deal arm-in-arm with our partner as their in-house expert.” Adam Edwards, president of Telarus said in a recent statement.

Telarus unveiled this particular SSaS program this week, but it isn’t actually new to the firm. The company has offered the ability for its clients to partner on very specific deals and actually split the commission depending on how the firms felt it needed to be split using existing SME solutions. Now these clients can bring the extra support that comes with the SSaS platform in order to serve their own clients in nearly any kind of situations. Because this is carrier neutral, it means that the customers are able to serve their needs no matter who they are going through on a number of different platforms.
